About Anniebeacon

About Anniebeacon
From one girl's survival story came a movement to ensure every girl in Nigeria can dream without limits.

Our Story

Anniebeacon Girl Child Support Initiative was born from the personal journey of our founder, Grace Ann Emmanuel, who grew up in Kpandaragi village, Edu Local Government Area, Kwara State – a place where many girls faced early marriage, trafficking risks, and limited access to education.

Despite immense challenges, Grace fought for her right to learn and became a university graduate. Her resilience became the spark: no girl should have her future stolen by poverty, culture, or violence.

In 2020, she officially launched Anniebeacon at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti. Today, we are a CAC-registered nonprofit touching lives across Kwara, Ekiti, Ogun, Lagos, Oyo, and beyond.
