LumaFuse PA 4035 CF is among the stiffest PA 12 carbon fiber filaments available on the market while remaining tough and easy to handle. PA 4035 CF is formulated for compatibility with modern high-speed printers and is robust enough for use in automated spool change systems. Compared to PA 6-based filaments, PA 4035 CF is considerably less prone to moisture issues, meaning more time printing and less time drying. Due to the high carbon fiber loading, PA 4035 CF is also ESD-safe. Recommended Print Settings: Print Temperature: 250 – 290 °C Bed Temperature: 50 – 70 °C Cooling fan: 100% Bed Adhesion: PVA-based glue stick on glass or PEI plate.
