• ‌All-Inclusive & Ready-to-Use Setup: Comes complete with a spray nozzle, salt water barrel, test piece support, collection container, pressure tank, and compressed air supply/exhaust equipment for immediate testing.
• Durable & Corrosion-Resistant Material: The chamber uses 5mm imported PVC board, with an acrylic seal cover. The pressure tank is made of 304 stainless steel for insulation and high-pressure resistance.
• Precision Test Design: Non-corrosive materials ensure no interference with results. The nozzle avoids direct spraying on samples, and test fluid is prevented from flowing back into the salt bucket to maintain purity.
• Standardized Spray Control: An 80 cm² collection device captures spray for at least 16 hours, maintaining a 1–2 mL/hour average. The sodium chloride solution concentration is kept at 40–60 g/L.
• Stable Temperature Management: The pressure barrel maintains 47±1°C and the salt water barrel 35±1°C. The adjustable plane-dividing test basket ensures uniform fog exposure for multiple samples.
